What language do you want to speak with us?
As a member of Byggnads, you receive information about your rights, support and help. But language can be a barrier, not everyone knows what they are entitled to. Now we inform construction workers about the union in ten different languages.
During the autumn, we have employed five construction workers with broad language skills. They are out on the construction sites to reach those who do not speak swedish, inform about their rights and spread the purpose of the union. What language do you want to speak with us? Do you have colleagues at work who do not speak swedish? We are happy to come out and talk about what the union does and why it pays to join.

Become union aware! Påfarten is an introduction to what the union does and why it is important to be a member. It is open to everyone interested in knowing more. We compensate you in full with your salary for lost earnings.
